[Simh] simh and RSTS/E - problems with getting additional terminal interfaces to work

It seems that simh enables 16 DZ lines by default, and this is the config.
I think this matches what RSTS is showing ?

sim> show dz
DZ      address=17760100-17760117*, vector=400-414*, BR5, lines=16
        not attached, 8b
