[Simh] Problems install RSX-11M+ v4.6

Actually I was planning on reading all of the non-programming docs before I
go any further. I know it's a daunting task but I am up to it. I know DCL
but I don't know MCR. Even I am planning on using DCL I want to familiarize
myself with MCR too for the whole experience.
