We ran 4.0BSD and 4.1BSD on our 11/750 in 1985. I do not know what
gyrations were required as I didn't install it, I only used it.

I _did_ install Ultrix on our 11/730, my first-ever UNIX install. It
took a long while, but it ran with no fiddling.
