[Simh] DZ and VH device oddities under RSTS/E 10.1

Hi,

I've encountered your primary issue and never really had it bother me enough
to try and fix it, but I do have experience with installing layered
products.

If your losing your BP2 commands then you havn't added their startup files
to the startup.com file, if I'm remembering correctly.  I've been playing
around with VAX/VMS much more than I did RSTS/E, so I may be confusing some
details.  I have two links to large manual collections that may have the
manuals your looking for.  One uses the wayback machine so get the manuals
can be slow.
