[Simh] Status?

The latest version of SIMH on the web site is 3.8-1 and was updated over a
year ago.  I *know* I've seen code enhancements discussed in here since
then.  Has there been no update since then?  Is there perhaps a
publicly-accessible code repository for people who want to live dangerously
on the bleeding edge of trailing edge technology?
