[Simh] Errors when using terminal emulator to telnet to simh.

I had a very similar problem, only I had the problem with Teraterm.  I looked into the error, and found:

C6 = SSC Power up
 2 = Severity
01 = Subtest log
FF = Normal error exit
00 = Vector
0000 = Count

Something made me think that it was a problem with the terminal on OPA0, and it went away when I switched to kermit.

I think it's something in putty's terminal identify....
