When you restored the primary system from tape, two disc LUs were formatted 
but not mounted to the file system.  You can make that space available with 
these FMGR commands (this is a one-time requirement):

  :MC,11,,360,,1,<n1>
  :MC,12,,450,,1,<n2>

...where <n1> and <n2> are cartridge reference numbers of your choosing.  
This adds a 360-track area as LU 11 / CR <n1>, and a 450-track area as LU 
12 / CR <n2>, which will double the disc space available.
