[Simh] OpenVMS and networking on Windows

Are you using a physical ethernet on the laptop?  Not wifi?

I cooked up a megapatch to integrate slirp on simh allowing "user mode
networking" so that it'll work for wifi..  Im sure I have the information
around here somewhere, or I could email you the microvax binary if you are
interested...
