[Simh] NetBSD on VAX 11/780 simulator

I would try installing on the microvax emu on a ra1 disk, then trying to see
if the 11/780 could boot that image.. You may need to chain the bootra or
even the boot command on it's own..

Or that's one method of many of which I've booted the ancient BSD's...
