[Simh] NetBSD on VAX 11/780 simulator

Has anyone managed to do an install of some (any) version of NetBSD on 
simh's 11/780 simulator?  I've found instructions for the MicroVAX 3900 
simulator, but not the 780..

So far, I've discovered one can do:
load -o boot.mop 0
start 200
to get the bootloader running, but I'm not quite sure what to do about 
install media.  I've tried booting from a miniroot.fs, and vaxcd.iso 
(from version 1.6.2), to no avail.

My ultimate goal is to get NetBSD booting on my real 11/780, which 
NetBSD claims is supported, but want to try this on the simulator 
first.
