I wrote a suite of utilities for Tops-20 to do this, on the PDPplanet.org
Toad-1 system, when I needed to move Tops-10 images from the net to real media.

They're in Macro-20, but it shouldn't be hard for a Macro-32 programmer to
convert them, if anyone is interested.
