David Dachtera has built a set of DCL procedures that extract all
product kits from a regular Software Product Library (SPL, aka
Consolidated Distribution or ConDist) that the Hobbyist program provides
licenses for, and put them in LD containers ready for creating CDs.
IIRC, this results in three CDs for Alpha, and two for VAX - as opposed
to 8 to 12 CDs in a regular SPL.

Still, you need at least temporary access to a full SPL.
