On our systems:

DUA0: -  DUA3:
DUB4: -  DUB7:
DUC8: -  DUC11:
DUD12: - DUD15:

I don't know if there is a way to "assign" them all
to one single "physical" controller so they would be
named DUA0: - DUA15: (we would prefer this; perhaps
someone has an idea?).
