[Simh] Pre-built Windows SIMH Vax and memory limitation

I am using the prebuilt windows (with network) executable with a disks 
up to 3.4GB, and 64MB memory. I found that the source does not allow the 
VAUSER= to be set large enough for me, and requested patches for 
linux/unix to support larger disk images. There was no response to my query.
