[Simh] simh on win2k

Hi,I'm running the vax simulator over windows 2000 and
i wanted to install NetBSD/vax on it,but it doesn't
seem to work.I followed the instructions but the
sysinst tells me it can't find the installation
files[neither CD,nor harddisk].Can anyone help me ?
