[Simh] uv6swre kernel sources?

Why are there no kernel sources included with the uv6swre kit?
Is there a tape or drive image somewhere that accompanys the kit
with the sources?

I found this page with an rl driver and an rl based image:

that appears to have kernel sources on it, but wondering
why the simh kit doesn't already have it.
