[Simh] where is the Control E exit defined?

Not having tried changing this, YMMV.. 

I'd venture a guess that its the sim_int_char definition inside of
sim_console.c.    I'd guess you'd want to try changing the 005(octal)
to say a 025(octal).

But I don't claim to be a particularly deep developer of SimH, so
anyone can feel free to correct me. :-)
