[Simh] Printing to a pdf

I think the answer you are looking for is to buy a line printer. It's
clearly the best solution by far ;)
Only joking of course! I'd be interested in the CUPS configuration required
for Ubuntu (now on 20.04). I did sort this a long time ago with scripts,
but I'm not sure whether my solution is optimal.
