[Simh] Andy Hoffman's VMS 4.x packages

So I am trying to get this package to work on as many systems as possible
and now I wonder if on the VAXStation 2000 or 2 if there are are any copies
of VWS floating around. Simh is I guess is a really good way to handle
shelter in place...
