[Simh] Mouse capture on VAXstation II/GPX (KA630) simulator V4.0-0 Current

The pointer does not seem to be captured at all. The guest O/S is 
VAX/VMS 5.5-2H4 with DECwindows. Am I missing something in the 
configuration? Other than an unusable DECwindows desktop, everything 
works perfect.
