[Simh] pdp11 fails MAINDEC CPU test 14 D0NA

The best reference for implementation dependencies is the PDP11 architecture handbook.  It covers the topic in Appendix B, 13 pages, 52 separate items.  I don't see it on Bitsavers, unfortunately.
