[Simh] Terminal emulation = MS-Kermit!

That is something that I value too, especially since I have a DEC LK461
keyboard with both keypad minus and keypad comma keys, not the usual big +
key that you get on a standard PC keyboard. That makes me fussy about keys
working 'properly'.
