[Simh] Vax.exe emulator and Multinet network configuring

Repeat after me: WiFi is not ethernet... :-)

What you are trying to do essentially does not work. simh is essentially 
trying to set the interface in promiscuous mode, and fake a second mac 
address on the interface. This works just fine on ethernet, but it does 
not at all work on WiFi, where your AP knows what MAC address you have, 
and will not send packets for another MAC address to your WiFi controller.
