[Simh] memory size issue

Hello,

I use simh to emulate a VAX. (I compiled simh from available sources 
about 6 months ago, on Itanium OpenVMS).

Simh config :

load -r ka655x.bin
attach NVR ka655.nvr
set cpu 512m
set cpu idle=VMS
set cpu conhalt

And, with VMS (7.3) booted I see only 72 Mb of physical memory.

Where did I do the wrong thing?
