[Simh] TU-58 tape

TU-58 is a tape cartridge, but it is block addressable like a disk (or floppy).
512 blocks of 512 bytes. Normally an image of it would be a .dsk and not a .tap.

VMS .tap images are (probably) 9 track magnetic tape images that would be
mounted on a TU or TM device type, not TU-58.

The console devices on the VAX750 and VAX730 simulators can boot from bootable media (device TD as I recall). All simulators have simulated TU58s connected via simulated DL serial ports with the device known as TDC. Up to 32 TU58 drives are supported.
