[Simh] Interdata/OS32 startup

Hi Davis,

It only took half an hour and one cup of coffee to get the 8-32
to boot from disk! And that even included a re-install since I
forgot to do the "MARK DSC4:,OFF" at the end.

Now, to write a program...

Thanks for all your help. I couldn't have done this without it.
