[Simh] EXT : Alpha under SIMH

There is FreeAXP emulator. Google it.

I installed OpenVMS on it and brought system up and running. It is slightly faster than Alpha hardware. 

You can google for finding documents about chipsets and device chips to complete Alpha implementation under Simh.  Also there is working open-source ES40 emulator. Google  it.
