[Simh] More VAX 11/750 Testing

Just a quick update: the problem here is definitely the PCS. When I was
also having problems booting 4.3BSD, I figured out that if I remove
pcs750.bin (the file that the bootloader uses for the microcode updade)
then the system would boot just fine.
