[Simh] KS10 and the DMR

The Ks10 Dmr case hos now been solved; the Dmr can be used in Tops10 V7.02 
to 7.05 with Decnet and Anf, but some minor issues have still to be 
resolved.

where the last software problems will be ironed out.
