Yes. I was talking about a patch to KBM which uppercases input 
characters. You claimed that wouldn't allow CCL commands to be 
recognized, so I explained that KBM reads user input and passes it to 
CCL if it doesn't recognize the command (one of those above). If you 
case-fold input in KBM, you don't need to do it in the CCL overlay.

This is rather off-topic here. It's time to drop it, I suspect.
