[Simh] AOS and Eclipse simulator

The Eclipse simulator runs AOS; this has been verified with a private image.

The core issue is that AOS and AOS/VS are not available for hobbyist 
use. Accordingly, I don't see any reason to build an MV emulator at this 
time, unless someone wants to do it for fun.
