[Simh] simh under slackware64

[valdir]

Problem, my distro is slackware, not debian...
actually, I found a libpcap.a under /usr/lib64. I've tried with a 
symbolic link to, but returns errors at all.
Perhaps I must review simh source...which I want to avoid...but...
