I can supply a VMS 4.X source set, but it is on microfiche.

If there's someone out there willing to scan it, I'll be glad to lend it
out.

P.S.:
I'm still urgently looking for the DECnet/VAX V1 & V2 kits. I know they were
rare and are even rarer nowadays, but I don't want to abandon all hope yet!
