I can supply a VMS 4.X source set, but it is on microfiche.

If there's someone out there willing to scan it, I'll be glad to lend it out.

The result shall be publicly accessible for anyone interested.

P.S.:
I'm still urgently looking for the DECnet/VAX V1 & V2 kits. I know
they were rare and are even rarer nowadays, but I don't want to
abandon all hope yet!
