simh 3.8.1-5 from debian testing

I tried XQ and XU with the same result.

It works! 

I need added -lpthread on:
    NETWORK_OPT = -DUSE_NETWORK -isystem /usr/local/include /usr/local/lib/libpcap.a  -lpthread
