[Simh] Readable DECTape images in RSTS/E?

Hello,

I'm running RSTS/E 7-0.7 under SIMH 3.8.1 in Win 7 Ultimate 64.  Has anyone been able to mount the DECtape images at http://www.bitsavers.org/bits/DEC/pdp11/dectape/rsts/SeattlePacificCollege/ ?

I've not been able to get PIP or FIT to recognize them;  I can create tapes from within RSTS and read their images in PUTR, but I've had trouble going in the other direction (to RSTS).   (A wrinkle:  I must run PUTR under DOSBox.)
