[Simh] Resizing the system disk

Hello Tim and everyone else:

Thanks - after a few white-knuckled moments and with the your help and
that of some very kind folks over at comp.os.vms I managed to made a
backup of my system disk to a larger image/container. However, VMS
doesn't seem to recognize that the disk is now larger.

$ SHOW DEVICES/FULL DUA0:
...
Total blocks     2940951

The disk container is 4 GB.
