[Simh] An idea for graphics support in SIMH

Zane,

I've managed to get CDE working with Xnest on OS X, example given for  
a 1680x1050 screen:


	Xnest -geometry 1680x1050 -ac -query	<IP address of VMS  
box>  :<screen number you want to use>
