[Simh] FW: VAX780 ini file ...

Thanks Jason,

	The ini file that I have shown below was correct.
	I was attempting to boot a VMS7.3 vdisk !!!!! ( VAX780 last supported
	VMS Version was V6.2). I built a fresh V6.2 vdisk using Charon VAX 3900
	Demo and this booted fine with SIMH VAX780. Yes it needs VMB.exe
	from the SIMH distribution in the same directory as the SIMH VAX780.exe.

	Now I will disable most of the devices and try to build again straight
	from CD as the VMS I built was for the VAX3900 with much more memory.
