[Simh] Early versions of VMS

I have seen some discussion about people having early versions of VMS
available. I am keen to set up the VAX 780 simh emulator running a version
around VMS 4.7. This is purely for nostalgia. I used to be the system
manager of such a system. (Actually I go back as far as VMS 3.3, so that
dates me!)

Can anyone help me please, either with the savesets or with a pre-build
system disk. As this is for simh, I would need these as files that can be
used with simh, not as physical tapes.

Ideally, I would like VMS, DECnet and Fortran, but I will be happy with
anything.
