[Simh] Errors when using pUTTY terminal emulator to telnet to simh.

Hmmm on BSD it'll boot which is cool, but the terminal doesn't seem to
work all that well for me.....

I guess VMS doesn't try to be all terminal smart, and pickup on
putty's xterm-ness and screw up... :|
