[Simh] Errors when using pUTTY terminal emulator to telnet to simh.

Hi eduardo,

Thank you very much for taking time in solving little problem. Your
suggested settings on putty WORKS ON ME ALSO....At least I know its the
settings in the putty not on the SIMH is the culprit. I never thought of
using RAW instead of TELNET....
