[Simh] simh and tap device under linux

I wasn't clear, I'm afraid. I get the ethernet devices under Windows (after  
WinPcap is installed, of course). It's under Linux that I don't get any  
network devices.

As for RSTS, http://www.rsts.org/autoindex.php?dir=distros/tapes/V95/ might  
contain what you like (version 9.5). 9.1, 9.3 and 9.4 are also available if  
you go up to http://www.rsts.org/autoindex.php?dir=distros/tapes/ instead.  
Plus several older versions.
