[Simh] PDP-11, RSTS/E, DECnet/E 4.1, DELQA

I almost managed to get it up and running on SIMH 3.8-1, my good old
RSTS/E 9.6 with DECnet.
There is a problem however with getting the DELQA properly configured.
Below is a (rather lengthy, I'm afraid) summary of different views of
the interfaces:
1. What I put in the INI file for SIMH
2. What SIMH sees after autoconfiguring
3. What the RSTS/E INIT sess
4. What finally show up in the $SHOW DEV display.
The four views are marked with rows of ****** below.
As you can see, sometimes the CSR for the DELQA is 774440, in other
places it's 774456
Anyway, RSTS thinks the device is disabled, and DECnet won't start.
Having no DECnet manual is a nuisance, of course...
Any help is appreciated.
