Under MS-DOS, MS-Kermit has excellent VT52 and VT100 emulation.
Not to mention Tek4014.

It supports TCP/IP networking in MS-DOS with a MS-DOS network driver for
your network card. Most recent network card I use in MS-DOS is the NE2000.
Don't know how or if it works with Windows.
