[Simh] Bug in SimH under WinXP?

Hi all,

An issue came up when i tried to start SimH V3.7-3 under WinXP: it seems to
be a bug when starting SimH with a command file. If i start SimH with
"pdp11.exe run.conf" it does not all. However, if i first start pdp11.exe
and then copy & paste the run.conf to pdp11.exe's terminal window, it does
work. The same files works perfecly under Linux, but not in WinXP. 

Anyone seen this before?
