[Simh] Editor for PDP11 / V7m

Hi,

i managed to get Jean Huens v7m to run on SimH. This version is really nice, with updates like fsck included. Thanks to  Tim N. for providing conv2.c. It has been used extensivly :)

Despite a lot of browsing, I can't find any replacement for ed(1),  except for QMC Unix Editor 'em' that i ported.

Have anyone seen vi, or something similar for V7?
