The PDP11_DiagnosticsHandbook_1988 lists in the Appendix on page A-11

Apparently this is an KE11 Exerciser. The object (not the executable) is
on the two xxdp disks available from www.classiccmp.org, see

A three block object file without docu. Not much, I haven't tried it,
