[Simh] RSTS/E 9.5

This is great work, everyone.  I'm very excited!
I never had real experience with RSTS.  My only experience with real PDP-11
software was RT-11 and RSX-11m+, but from what I've read RSTS gave a lot of
folks their first introduction to computing.  I'm eager to try it out on
SIMH and play with it.
