[Simh] Best way to 'P2V' a live VAX?

Most likely he has non-SCSI drives in there.  Not an issue, as long as it's
still running Unix and has more than one drive he's in good shape.  I've
done this with a MicroVAX III and RA7x's, the only difference being I had an
MFM with V5.5 to copy the CD to an RA71.

Boot OpenBSD, use NFS to access an image created with 'dd' on another Unix
box, then use 'dd' on the MicroVAX to write it to a spare drive.  Then boot
said spare.  At least I think this will work when done from Unix...
